Brenda Phegley is an English professor at Wabash Valley College, where she has taught English, speech, and literature for the past thirty-eight years.

Because of her motivational teaching style, Brenda has been recognized as “Teacher of the Year” many times.  Brenda is passionate about helping others have faith in themselves even when life is challenging.  Brenda and her husband, Terry, live in southern Illinois, and they are blessed with five grandchildren.
